| Today sucked. It dragged on forever lol. The morning started out alright though. I got to work at 9 for the re-enlistment ceremony, and pretended to take pictures so I wouldn't have to stand in formation haha. Then I sat at my desk watching NASCAR for a good hour until the race was finished (which actually finished yesterday, but they don't show the qual races live here). I then proceeded to do pretty much nothing all day, kinda like Office Space. After that, I pretended like I was working until it was time for lunch. It sucked, as it usually does. I really hate cafeteria food...more so than I did before lol. I found a couple of things to do here an there through out the rest of the day, until about 1930 when I was planning on going for dinner. Then a "crisis" broke out, and I had to fix a roster that someone fucked up, there went dinner, because there was no way in hell I was going to go eat, and come back to do more work. Finally around 2100 I got that fixed and came back here to my cell. The whole way home, I was angerly talking to myself because I was cold, hungry, and I had to pee. Now I'm about to eat a delicious bowl of kimchi noodle soup. Ende  | | |

| Another week...a new laptop...another memorial. Life goes on the cradle of civilization. I've come to realize how much of a pain in the ass microsoft is by trying to "protect" us from all of those bad computer people out in the world today. Vista has so much securitry shit built in from microsoft and it is just a pain in the ass. You have to authorize EVERYTHING to run lol. I have set it to run a damn game exe file as the administrator becuase you can't run it any other way, and then after you do that, you STILL have to authorize it to run! I am debating on how large of a drive to buy (external obviously) to have sent to Geo for pre-loading of goodness that shall be forwarded to me. Most likely a 500gig lol. Tomorrow, we are starting a new work schedule where I only have to work from 9-"5" lol. We'll see how long this actually works *cough* SCOTT *cough* I got a game from a friend of mine, but I ALREADY have to get a driver update for the "protection" software, even though you don't need the damn cd to play the game. WTF is that shit? Who needs to make a copy of the game when you can just pass it around and never need the disks again? Stupid bastards. I got a phone from another friend of mine, but I need to goto Haji-Mart and buy a sim card some time. So when ever I do, be expecting phone calls! YOU HAVE BEEN FOREWARNED!!!!! Enough! So for a brief wrap up, some what beasty laptop, microsoft sucks, and certain companies are just flat out stupid. Tschus | | |
| Well now...it's been 39 days or so since my last post. Much has happened...though I'm not going to talk about it. I have my personal reasons and that will have to be enough for all (2) of you people. Things are going fine, time is flying from this end. We (the Fobbits) are having a good time all in all. We have a person here that is one lucky bastard. A random 7.62mm bullet fell from the sky, hit him in the temple (vertically) and came back out if his face after bouncing off of his cheek bone. He got 2 band-aids and a tentnus shot out of it, plus he found the bullet on the ground. I say again...one lucky bastard. We've also had another lucky bastard. This one was shot at with an AK, the bullet hit his 9mm in the holster on his thigh. The bullet fragmented and he caught a bit in the forearm, and got a bruise on his arse. LUCKY! On a lighter note, SGT Howell is going to the board next month for his SSG. There is also consencis on myself going to the board for SGT sometime in the next couple of months. If only the cut-off score would drop lol. Oh well...we'll see. | | |
